Europe - Day 11 - Yverdon-Les-Bains

Not much to report today. I worked most of the day, but at least I had a different view from my window:

Yverdon-Les-Bains is famous for it's thermal springs (the Les Bains part means "The Bath") which have been used since Roman times. As luck would have it, the spa buildings were conveniently located just two blocks from our hotel! Basically you pay $20 to sit in swimming pool sized hot tubs. The outdoor one is the best, with a fizzy area that I could have spent all afternoon in, except I forgot my sunscreen and it was actually hot out and I didn't want to ruin this vacation with a sunburn. (See dad, I do listen!)

Zurich tomorrow, can't wait!
